HOW TO CONNECT TO THE GATHERING

 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE LOGIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & DO NOT WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY TO TRY THE LINK

Gathering 2021 is being delivered on ZOOM EVENTS a new platform which has a different login process and may require troubleshooting. Follow the steps below to get logged in!

STEP 1

Go to  Zoom.us. Click Sign In.

STEP 2

Sign in to Zoom by either a) using an existing Zoom account, b) using the Google or Facebook partner login, or c) creating a new Zoom account.

STEP 4

Login to the Zoom desktop application using the same login used for Zoom.us.

STEP 5

After you are logged into both the web portal and the application, click on the event link you received in your email.

STEP 6

Click Register.

STEP 7

Select the appropriate boxes and click Confirm Registration.

STEP 8

Click Join Lobby in the following window or through the ticket emailed to you.

STEP 9

You’re in! Select the session you wish to attend.

Additional Tips:

  • The Zoom.us portal and Zoom desktop application have separate logins, a user can be logged in to the Zoom.us portal but not the Zoom desktop application.
  • If you hit a roadblock, or it’s saying you have to sign in again – Login out and back in again.
